Sales Policies

  • We do our very best to present accurate, detailed information about every item that we sell, however, occasionally some variations may occur in colour, model, specifications or other aspects.
  • Due to the intimate nature of the items (hygiene), we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Exchange is only given if items are defective.
  • Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, PayPal, bank deposit or money order.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be delivered within Australia (from the day the item is dispatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
  • Mojoz does not control Australia Post transit times.
  • International buyers delivery times vary between places - please allow two weeks for delivery.
  • Unfortunately pick up is not available.
  • Ensure the postal address provided is correct and up-to-date.
  • Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. This fee will be the full cost of original Postage & Handling.
  • Mojoz is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods.
