Due to the intimate nature of the items (hygiene), we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Exchange is only given if items are defective.
Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, PayPal, bank deposit or money order.
Please allow up to 7 working days for items to be delivered within Australia (from the day the item is dispatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
Mojoz does not control Australia Post transit times.
International buyers delivery times vary between places - please allow two weeks for delivery.
Unfortunately pick up is not available.
Ensure the postal address provided is correct and up-to-date.
Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. This fee will be the full cost of original Postage & Handling.
